We are a private school in Charlotte, NC which serves students in grades 8-12. We are a unique and positive learning environment, with a healthy and supportive staff looking to expand. Our teachers enjoy our creative, hands-on approach to helping students. We specialize in small class sizes and ample communication with families about their students’ progress. Additionally, teachers have the opportunity to become partial owners of the business and are eligible for health insurance and 401k matching.

Our faculty members plan and implement a hands-on instructional program with differentiation of instruction to support individual students, and to support the socio/emotional growth of our population. Our staff creates a healthy and safe learning environment that demonstrates respect for all and supports student success, they communicate and partner effectively with parents to support student learning, and they evaluate student learning to adapt where necessary in order to continually improve our academic program.
We are seeking innovative and qualified teachers for next year, and we are always collecting resumes for the future. Applicants should have mastery of and enthusiasm for academic subjects, as well as evidence of self-motivation and willingness to be a team player. Bachelor’s degree is required; Master’s degree is preferred. Minimum of two years teaching experience.
