No one likes being misunderstood, labeled, or judged simply because of their personal fashion style but that is exactly what happened with Amy — beginning in elementary school. Teachers who were more concerned about appearance rather than substance discouraged Amy through their wrong assumptions and negativity.
Amy came to TrinityPrep with a passion for art and fashion, which she still has. In our encouraging, positive learning environment she re-discovered her love of science and mathematics and soon began excelling in both. With teachers and faculty who saw her potential and encouraged it positively, Amy discovered the success that was always inside of her.
Having been accepted into her first choice of university, Amy is planning to major in engineering. We love her hair and fashion sense as well as her academic success.
