Our staff endeavors to understand and relate to your teen on a personal level. We continually seek to encourage and affirm your teen, which results in positive student-teacher relationships. Students know their teachers care about them as people, and it’s reflected in the way they relate to their teachers in the classroom.
Team Building
Twice a year students and faculty go on unifying, team-building retreats. Everyone enjoys outdoor activities together such as fishing, playing basketball, campfires, and mountain climbing. These retreats are a place where relationships are strengthened and differences are left behind. Read more..
Caring Atmosphere
Students constantly tell us that the main thing they love about their school is the feeling of it being like a family. Because of our smaller size, we typically don’t experience the common barriers among students that larger schools encounter.
It’s easy for teens to know everyone and feel accepted. Parents tell us they’re glad their students can go to a school that is safe and doesn’t feel like an “institution.”
